GR Cabinet Hire understand the importance of time and efficiency when it comes to exhibitions, and this is why we deliver modern glass display cabinets and counters to most major UK events ensuring that they are ready for your use upon your arrival to a fair.
Our cabinets are equipped with 2 LED downlighters and 4 track mounted LED's (more are available as an optional extra). The advantage of LED lighting over traditional halogen is that they create minimal heat so are therefore better for the care of your antiques or glassware.
Our counter display cabinets are lit with LED strip lights which give a good overall light coverage with minimal heat and glare.
Our cabinets are constructed out of satin silver aluminium profile with 6mm safety glass and sliding, lockable doors.
The cabinets come with adjustable, lockable casters enabling them to be positioned accurately and efficiently on your stand.
The cabinets can be customised to the clients requirements wether it be extra shelves, extra lighting etc, please contact us for further details.

All cabinets owned by dealers and stored on their behalf by GR Cabinet Hire Ltd; are stored, transported and installed at the venue at the owners risk. It is recommended that the dealers take out their own insurance.
Any cabinet delivered to a venue becomes the responsibility of the hirer from the time of delivery to the venue to the time of collection.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to return any keys after the event. Failure to do so may result in a charge.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to check the invoice that it corresponds to the hirer's requirements, to pay that invoice and supply a plan/ information of the placing of the cabinets on there stand 7 days before the due delivery date.
Cancellation, after the cabinets have left our warehouse to go to an event will incur the full charge, Cancellation prior to that may incur a reduced charge at the discretion of GR Cabinet Hire Ltd.
All prices are exclusive of VAT at current rate and are for a period not exceeding 14 days from delivering at the venue to collection.
If the cabinet/counter ordered is not available GR Cabinet Hire Ltd. reserve the right to deliver a suitable replacement.
Whilst GR Cabinet Hire Ltd. will make every effort to deliver and collect cabinets to and from venues on schedule, they will not be liable for failure to do so by circumstances beyond their control
